Kingdom Joins the Pack with Pet-friendly Accreditation from Dogs Trust
The Dogs Trust has officially accredited Kingdom as a pet-friendly social landlord.
The recognition reflects Kingdom’s commitment to making renting easier for pet owners and creating more inclusive housing options, contributing to Kingdom’s mission of delivering more than a home.
The accreditation follows a months-long partnership with Dogs Trust, and Kingdom customers now have access to renewed, clear pet guidance and new resources, including digital Tenant Information Packs with a full Pet Guidance information section.
Kingdom Neighbourhood Manager Rebecca Hain said: “We’re proud to have received our accreditation from the Dogs Trust and we’re already seeing success stories within our communities as a direct result of the partnership. It gives our customers access to all the support and guidance they need, and it’s a great resource to have.”
Kingdom has also incorporated the Freedom initiative, the Dogs Trust’s free and confidential specialist dog fostering service. If dog owners plan to find safety from domestic abuse but are unable to take their dog with them, Freedom provides a temporary home for their dog with a loving foster carer until their owners are safe, settled and ready to have them back.
Gaining Dogs Trust’s accreditation will help Kingdom to provide customers with a robust set of policies, practices and support to promote responsible pet ownership. By giving more choice, fostering trust and boosting customer satisfaction, the accreditation is one more benefit for Kingdom customers towards the commitment to deliver more than a home.
