New Associate at Thomson Cooper
Thomson Cooper are delighted to announce a key appointment to their senior team, effective from 1 December, as part of the firm’s growth strategy across Scotland.
Mark Gibson from their Dunfermline office has been promoted to the position of Associate to support in the growth of the firm’s substantial agricultural portfolio. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 then subsequently joined the firm in 2009. Mark, from Cupar in Fife, has been involved in the farming community for many years and specialises in agricultural accounting and taxation. As well as spending time with his wife and young family, Mark enjoys playing rugby and golf.
Managing Partner David Walker said: “I am delighted to announce Mark’s internal promotion, having worked closely with him as part of our Agricultural Team. He has shown considerable dedication and competence over the last six years and built strong relationships with our clients during that time. Providing employees with career development is a priority at Thomson Cooper and we believe that Mark will continue to make a significant contribution to the firm going forward.”
