Seahawk Apparel Relocates to Meet Growing Demand
Seahawk Apparel is an important supplier of work-wear including, personal safety clothing and footwear, bespoke and outsize corporate workwear, as well as leisure and outdoor clothing. Since it was acquired by Scott Direct in 2016 there has been significant development and investment to ensure that the Seahawk business is able to meet its full potential.
A move to new premises has doubled capacity and facilitated the development of a complete in-house corporate branded workwear facility.
Peter Stewart, General Manager said: “The Seahawk business can really add value to customers’ work wear requirements, such as improving health and safety through bespoke alterations, and our local, Fife-based manufacturing facility ensures we are agile enough to quickly respond to new requirements with short lead times. In addition to looking at new ways of supporting our existing customers, we are actively developing new markets, one of which, is corporate branded workwear, where we have seen a significant increase in customer demand.”
Seahawk Apparel has a team of 20 staff operating from facilities in Glenrothes, Fife. Seahawk will be hosting an open day on Thursday the 9th of November to give Chamber Members the opportunity to find out more about what’s on offer (details to follow). Meantime follow Seahawk on LinkedIn or visit their website.
