Christopher Trotter is one of Scotland’s most experienced culinary experts. His range of knowledge stems from 3 decades of working in food from the kitchens in the Savoy Hotel in London to Michelin starred kitchens in France and England.

A workshop aimed at providing the tools to get the best of the Visit Scotland Taste our Best scheme, building the skills to menu planning, sourcing local produce and how to deliver this to your customer base.
