Scottish Business Sustainability Partnership workshops
The Scottish Business Sustainability Partnership (see below)* are holding 4 half day networking workshops across Scotland in March which might be of interest to you and your colleagues. The events will allow:
- Operational business facing staff to review information on the services and support offered by each organisation to gain a better knowledge of what free support and assistance is available to Scottish Businesses.
- Increased networking between business facing staff including economic development officers, key account managers and business advisors from different agencies with the intention of the attendees disseminating the contacts and information gained with colleagues after the event.
- Enhanced partnership working between organisations and an opportunity to discuss shared issues and potentially gain solutions to these issues through shared working.
The workshops will be held in:
Inverness – 10th March - Highland and Islands Enterprise offices, 09:30 - 13:00 (VC Facilities available)
Glasgow – 14th March - The Millennium Hotel, 09:30 – 13:00
Edinburgh – 16th March - The Royal Scots Club, 09:30 – 13:00
Dundee – 17th March - Scottish Enterprise offices, 09:30 – 13:00

12:00 – Networking Lunch
13:00 – Close

*SBSP - Contributing to the Scottish Government’s key aim of ensuring Scotland’s sustainable economic growth, the aim of the Scottish Business Sustainability Partnership (SBSP) is to streamline the customer journey of those accessing business support related to environmental / resource management in Scotland through greater collaboration and partnership working between Scottish Government funded business support bodies. The core partners are Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Scottish Environment Protection Agency, Energy Savings Trust and Zero Waste Scotland with COSLA / Business Gateway holding a key supporting role.
